Birth: Dec. 30, 1860

Indiana, USA

Death: Jul. 16, 1942

Aaron was the second son of David & Lucinda May Jester Linn and the brother of Mary, John, Charles, Sarah, Nancy, Jemima Ellen, Stephen, Moses, Lucinda, and David.

Aaron & Amanda were wed in Noble county on January 25th, 1879, and the next year when the census was taken, they had one little boy, Willie. Stella was born five years later; then came Inez, Harvey, Manuel, Claud, Mary, Alfred, Joe, and Freada.

In 1900, the family was living in Elkhart county. Willie has died and Stella has married, but she isn't gone: she and her husband are living here. The Linns have children-in-laws living with them a lot as the years go by: in 1920, the extended family-members are Manuel's new family, Sadie and Mabie, and Mary's husband Clarence Sharp and their two little kids, Ruby and Kenneth. Then in 1930, Mary's family was gone, but Freada, her husband Marshall, and their two boys, Alfred and Joseph, have moved in. Manuel & family are still here.

Manuel married Sadie Wolfinger and had a girl Mabel. There was a baby boy, but he died in infancy. Alfred married Trilby and is buried in Hillcrest cemetery. Claud married Beulah Lane, had three daughters, Viola, Irene, & Helen, and is buried here in Byers.
