Alice Theora BRINKEL

Alice B. Griffin Funeral services were held on Sept. 8 for Alice B. Brinkel Griffin. 69, of Hamburg, who died on Sept. 4,1 998. She is survived by her husband , Francis E. Griffin; daughter, Laura E. (Brian) Green, of London, Ohio, son. Jeffrey S. (Julia) Griffin, of Boston; brother, Emory Brinkel, of Hilton, N.Y.; and sister Joyce Monin , of Holland, N.Y. Mrs . Griffin, a graduate of Buffalo State College, was a home econom­ics teacher, the director of Hamburg Nursery School at the Hamburg Presbyterian Church, a ember of the archaeology team at Fort Niagara and a member of the Landmark Society . Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery and funeral arrangements were made through the Froehle -Dengler Funeral Home in Hamburg. Memorials can be made to Roswell Park Memorial Institute.
