Krug of the Town of Forest, was married at 3 o’clock thisafternoon to Harry J. Petri of Forest, by Rev. H. Klingbiel at St. Paul’sLutheran Church, Forest. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. JohnKrug of Calvary, RFD, I, and the groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. HenryPetri of Fond du Lac R. D. 8. Miss Dora Petri, a cousin of the groomacted a s bridesmaid. She wore a light gray georgette over pink satingown, and carried a bouquet of Sweet Peas and Ferns. The flower girl,Elvira Rein was dressed in white and carried a dainty basket of flowers.Martin Krug and Raymond Petri attended the groom. The bride wore a gownof white crepe meteor with georgette overdrapes and bead trimmings. Herveil was embroidered with silk and she carried a large bouquet of bridalroses. A reception was held after the ceremony to seventy-five guests atthe home of the bride’s parents which was prettily decorated in pink andwhite crepe paper and bridal wreath. A wedding dinner was served at 5o’clock. Mr. and Mrs. Petri will reside on the groom’s farm and will be at home totheir many friends after July 1. Among the guests from away were Mr. andMrs. George Waldschmidt of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. John Petri and JohnKrug of Oshkosh, Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Krug and Mr. and Mrs. KarlSchiefelbein of Nekima, and Miss Bertha Dilling of Detroit, Michigan. She married Harry John Petri, June 11, 1919, in theTown of Forest, Fond du Lac, Wi. He died January 4, 1976 in Oshkosh, Wi. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Louis Robert (Arlene) Larson,Stillwater, Oklahoma; Mrs. James(L. Marjorie) Jeske, Oshkosh; and Mrs.Charle Patrick (Lois) Unmuth, Prairie du Sac; two sons, Harold and JamesPetri of Oshkosh;two sisters, Mrs. Alfred (Rose) Berndt, Oshkosh; Mrs.William (Clara) Erickson, Greendale, Wi.; 12 grandchildren and 11great-grandchildren. Services will be Saturday at 3:00p.m. in WyldewoodBaptist Church, the Rev. Howard Nelson officiating. Burial will be inLake View Memorial Park-Oshkosh, Wi. Friends may call at the church Saturday from 1:00p.m.until the time of services. Marquardt Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
