Born May 28, 1873, in the Town of Forest, son of Christian and ChristinaVetter, he was married in 1899 to Miss Berth Pfeifer, whose deathoccurred March 5, 1936. Mr. Vetter was an active member of the St. Pauls Lutheran Church in the Town of Forest. Surviving are two sons; Edmund and Frieholdt of Forest; two daughters,Mrs. Edmund Schmidt and Miss Florence Vetter of Forest; twograndchildren; two brothers, Ernest and Herman Vetter of Forest and a sister, Mrs. Anna Krug of Oshkosh. The body is at the residence, where funeral services will be held at 1:30p.m. Tuesday and at 2 p.m. from St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Forest, theRev. E.G. Behm, pastor officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Commonwealth Reporter-Dated: 11-15-1939 MANY ATTEND FUNERAL Funeral services for George Henry Vetter, who died Saturday, were held at1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the residence in the Town of Forest and at 2 p.m.at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Forest, the Rev. E.G. Behm officiating.Burial was in Forest Cemetery. Pallbearers were Martin Krug, Carl Schiefelbein, Reinhard Vetter, WilliamScherer, Arnold Vetter and Wilbur Vetter. Music was in charge of EmilRolloff. The services were largely attended.
