Notes for this person
LeRoy G. LeJeune, 76, of Confluence, Pa., formerly of Pittsburgh, Pa., passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009, in the Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
He was born May 25, 1932, in Pittsburgh, Pa., son of the late Jacob and Hilda Hoffman LeJeune.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth F. LeJeune in 2006, two sisters, Lillian Schmidt and Agnes Grace.
Mr. LeJeune was a member of the Concord Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh, Pa., a 50 year member of the Brick Layers local 9 of Pittsburgh.
Surviving are a daughter, Donna Lee Plucinski of Irving, N.Y. and Lawrence LeJeune and wife, Mariann of Pittsburgh, Pa.; grandchildren: Jennifer LeJeune, Matthew Plucinski and Lauren LeJeune; a brother, Clarence LeJeune of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two sisters: Clara Marie Missildine of Pensacola, Fla. and Della Mae McCracken of Louisville, Ky. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, 4222 National Pike, Farmington, Pa., today from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held at 8 p.m. with Rev. Terry Collins officiating.
Additional visitation will be held on Friday in the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, Curry Hollow Rd., Pittsburgh, Pa., from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday until noon the hour of service .
Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
