Margaret L. "Peggy" (Speicher) Sikora, 64, of Plum Borough, died peacefully Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of 44 years to William A. Sikora Jr.; mother of Jason (Alicia) Sikora and Melissa (Craig) Yausm; grandmother of Brady and Brooks; sister of Richard (Sandy) Speicher; aunt of Christian Speicher and Shannon Allitt; and cousin of Mary Lee (Bob) Farr. Peggy worked for UPMC for 20 years as an office manager. She was a 44 year member of her Card Club and loved spending time with family and friends at her home on Conneaut Lake. Friends will be received from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES LTD./Roth Chapel, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road), Penn Hills. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Joy Church. Interment will be in Plum Creek Cemetery. To honor Peggy's memory, donations may be made to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, 4401 Penn Ave., Floor 9, Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
