| 1 | Details: Michael B. Annen age 75 of Elkhorn, WI and formerly of Genoa City, WI and Lake Geneva, WI, died Sunday morning Nov. 16, 2014 at the Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn. Michael Bernard Annen was born on March 6, 1939 in Evansville, IN the son of the late Edward and Wilma Carden Annen. On June 16, 1962 in Genoa City, Michael was united in marriage to Carol Jean Oldson. They lived in Lake Geneva until moving to Genoa City in 1965. Michael served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1959 until discharge in 1965. He was a member of the Berean Grace Church in Genoa City. He was self-employed and owned and operated the Upholstery Center in Genoa City. He enjoyed his rock garden and reading his Bible in the garden. Michael is survived by: His wife-Carol; 2 daughter's-Linda (Robert) Nix of Port Washington, WI and Sharon (Sean) Payne of Genoa City, WI; 2 sons-Brian (Kari) of Colorado Springs, CO and Scott of Walworth, WI; 3 grandchildren-Luke Annen, Raechel Annen and William Payne; 1 brother-Edward (Mary) Annen of Sun City, FL. Funeral services will be held at 5:00PM Sunday Nov. 23, 2014 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 700 N. Bloomfield Rd. Lake Geneva, WI with Pastor Steve Ross officiating. Interment will be on Monday at Hillside Cemetery in Genoa City. The Annen Family will receive friends from 3:00PM until the time of services on Sunday at the Church. Memorial remembrances may be made to the Northern Grace Youth Camp, 14390 County Road Vv, Gillette, WI 54124. The Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home of Genoa City is handling arrangements. |
