1 Details: Doris Otto Weds Kenneth Kuehn Touring the south on their honeymoon trip are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. Kuehn, whose marriage took place Saturday afternoon at 4 at Grace Lutheran church. The bride is the former Miss Doris Otto, daughter of Mrs. Jack Rogers, 923 Sixty-third street, and the bride. groom, who lives at 7405 Thirty- fifth avenue. Kenosha, is a son Of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Kuehn, Mark. isan, Wis. The Rev. C. C. Roth read the nuptial service that united the couple, and Mrs. Roth provided organ music. Mr. and Mrs. George Gottschalk, sister and brother-in- law Of the bridegroom, were attendants. The bride wore a blue dressmaker suit, and Mrs. Gottschalk wore dove gray. Dinner was for family and friends at Oage Thomsen's, and reception followed for about 100 guests. When the newlyweds return from the south, they will live at Mr. Kuehn's address. He works at the American Brass and she works at Cooper's. Lenosha Evening News 18.3.1947 Kennetn W. Kuehn Kenneth W. Kuehn, 75, 736 28th Ave., died Monday night (June 3, 1991) at Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center. He was born Jan. 26, 1916, in Randolph, the son of the late Elmer and Ida (Fox) Kuehn, and lived in Markesan until 1940, when he moved to Kenosha. He was agraduate ot Markesan HighSchool. On March 15; 1947, -in Grace Lutheran Church, he Doris B. Otto. She died March 25, 1989. From Feb. 7, 1944, until March 10, 1946, he served in the Army during World War Il. He fought in the European Theatre. He was employed by American Brass for 38 years as a foreman and retired in 1978. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, the American Brass Foreman's Club, Jane Vernon Hydrotherapy Group and was a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post 1865. He is survived by a son, Richard K., Oshkosh, and two granddaughters. He was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Gottschalk. The Proko Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
