Details: Battle Creek Enquirer, Battle Creek,Michigan 29.89.1924 S. 4 "while attempting to shopot rats in his father's barn, at Kenosha Saturday night, Harry Becker. 29. slipped and fell on his rifle. A bullet went through his right lung and he died a few minutes later. He was the son of Charles Becker, prominent Kenosha teaming contractor. ---- hile attempting to shoot rats in his father's barn here, Henry Becker, 29 years dld, fell and accidentally killed himself Friday afternoon. The young man is believed to have slipped in wet clay as he stepped from the door of the barn, falling on a rifle he held in his hand. His father, who was in the barn, heard him cry. and found him lying on the gun, a bullet wound in his right sIde. He died in about ten minutes later, the bullet having pierced his right lung. He was married last fall. Judge John C. Slater. acting Coroner, said Friday night he would investigate the death. Clipped from Racine Journal News 29.8.1924
