Nach USA 1852 Will of Catharine Becker/Cober/Schall Transcription by Robert Swartz 11-12-18 I Catharine Shall (late the wife of William Cober deceased) of the City of Kenosha in the County of Kenosha & State of Wisconsin being of sound dispensing mind & memory but feeble in body and mindful of the uncertainties of human life, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament revoking all others I may have made. I am the mother of Fred William Cober, John A. Cober, Mary Cober, Carrie Cober by the said William Cober deceased and the mother of Charles Schall by my late deceased husband and said Fred William Cober is now received and is of age and my property except one hundred dollars of it came to me during the lifetime & in writing of the last Will and testament of said William Cober dated September 26th 1867, and said one hundred dollars came to me through my late husband John Shall deceased xxxx after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I will devise and bequeath all of my estate both real and personal to my executor here in named (xxxx to xx xxx to an administrator of this my will & estate) in trust to be used & expended by him in the care, education and maintenance of all of my said children that are under the age of twenty one years until they severally arrive at the age of twenty one years or become able to provide and support themselves and that at least one hundred dollars of my property be used & expended in the care education & maintenance
