ersteigerte den Schwörerhof in Eschbach 1850 März 1849 Dem Bauern Mathias Reiner wurde die Genehmigungversagt, sein Hofgutzu teilen. Auch die Vereinigung von 18 Morgen (Allmend-)Wald mit seinem Hofgut wurde nicht genehmigt. 13. Juni 1849 Der Bauer Mathias Reiner verkaufte sein ganzes Hofgut mit Berghaus und Fahrnissen an Johann Rombach für 7600 fl. (GB III, 28) Mathias Reiner zog im Juni 1849 mit seiner Familie nach Eschbach, wo er von seiner Schwägerin Maria Zimmermann geb. Zipfel den Schwörerhof gekauft hatte.
