Das nordwestlich von Wurzen gelegene Rittergut Nischwitz gelangte im12. Jh in den Besitz des Bistums Meißen, das es dem Kollegiatstift Wurzen übeerwies.. das im 15. Jh. in zwei Teile zerfallendende Rittergut befand sich dann im 17. Jh. in wechselndem Besitz der Familien Nitzschwitz und vonGaudlitz . Nach schweren Brandschäden im 16. Jh. und wirtschaftlichn Niedergangim Dreißigjähr. Krieg erhielt der Leipziger Kaufmann Franz Bex am 05.09.1654 den niederen Teil des ittergutes sowie das Kirchleheen und die Fischerei in der Mulde bei Nischwitz als Leheen. (STAD 100080 Lehnhof Dresden) Nach seinem Tod am 07.07.1661 wurden am 18.02.1662 sein Sohn Matthias, seine Witwe Elisabeth sowie seine drei erwachsenen Töchter mit dem GUT Nischwitz niedere Teilbelehnt. (Ursula von Ryssel, ElisabethSchede und Anna Gertraud Becker. Bereits am 21.02.1662 verkauften sie es an deen Schwager des verstorbenen heinrich Becker von Rosenfeld.
