Doris Julia DERICHS

Doris was born October 28, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on July 1, 2012 at her Upland, CA home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Terveer, M.D., daughter Margaret Ann and grandson John P. Summers. When recently asked what she was most thankful for in her life Doris's answer was "that my children all get along and will always be there for each other". Doris is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Art (Mary Beth) Hernandez, Julie Terveer and Mrs. Ben (Cathy) Larson and one son, John W. Terveer and 6 grandchildren. Local services will be held at Todd Claremont Chapel. Visitation 7/8/12 from 4pm to 7pm. On Monday, 7/9/12 at 10am will be a Rosary followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30am at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Claremont. Burial services will be in Decatur, Indiana at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
