<p>Helen L. Eyman Davis, 88 of Columbus, formerly of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005, at Mount Carmel East Hospital.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>She was a 1935 graduate of Lancaster High School, a lifetime member of Grace United Church of Christ and a 24-year volunteer at Mount Carmel East Hospital.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Helen is survived by her children, Becky Tipple, of Cincinnati,Dolores Blankenhorn of Indianapolis, Ind., Jim Davis of Summerfield, Fla.; grandchildren, Chris (Angel) Tipple, Chad Tipple, Cory Tipple of Lancaster, Cassandra (Tony) Cambisaca of Cincinnati, Bryan (Marlena) Blankenhorn of Columbus, Ind., Matt (Adhara) Davis of Columbus, Luke Davis of Phoenix, Ariz., and Andy Davis of St. Louisville, Ohio; sister, Henrietta (Lewis)Kuhlwein of Washington Court House; brother, David (Nancy)Eyman of Ganesvoort, N.Y.; and numerous nieces and nephews.</p>

<p>Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James R. Davis; grandson James Richard Davis; granddaughter, Shannon Davis; parents, Harry and Hilda Eyman; stepmother Ruth Eyman; and brothers, Louis Eyman and Carl Eyman.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Grace United Church of Christ1226 Shady Lane Road, with the Rev. Ron Hooker officiating.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Interment will be at Union Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 1226 Shady Lane Road, Columbus, Ohio 43227.</p>
