!ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Source-2 has Michael and John M. as two separate people; Both Source-1 p. 50 and Source-2 p. 52 have John M.'s wife as Mary Guntle but I am sure this is incorrect. They have confused him with his nephew, John Michael, who is the son of Gurdianias. Source-2 p. 116 lists 3 children for Jacob's John M.: Margaret, Dora A. and Samuel. I do not find these children on any other list.
