Sie wurde am 23. Juni 1938 als Sohn von John E. und Ruby M. North Fink in Quinter geboren. Sie heiratete Marvin L. Parks am 9. Juli 1961 in Utica. Er überlebt.

Sie war 15 Jahre lang Wirtschaftsausbilderin und 11 Jahre lang Sekretärin des Superintendenten und Direktors in Hoisington. Sie hatte 26 Jahre in Hoisington gelebt. Sie war Mitglied der Hoisington First Christian Church, der National Business Education Association, von Delta Pi Epsilon und der American Association of University Women. Sie war hinter der Matrone von OES # 119 in Hoisington.
