Samuel D. Brose, 87, verstarb am 15. April 2009. Er wurde in Colfax, WA, geboren und wuchs dort auf und diente im Zweiten Weltkrieg bei der Army Air Force. Er war Berufspilot und ging 1981 in den Ruhestand. Sam liebte Golf, Reisen und hatte immer ein Lachen, ein Lächeln und eine helfende Hand. Papa, wir werden dich vermissen.
Samuel wird von seiner Frau überlebt; Ruby, Sohn; David, Tochter; Shelley (Rick), 2 Enkelinnen; Lisa und Michelle, 3 Stieftöchter; Beverly, Patricia, Kaye, 6 Enkelkinder, 10 Urenkelkinder.
Eine Besichtigung wird am Sonntag, den 19. April von 14 bis 17 Uhr im Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, Seatac, WA, angeboten. Ein Trauergottesdienst findet am Montag, den 20. April 2009, um 13:00 Uhr in der Glendale Lutheran Church, 13455 2nd Ave SW, Burien, WA, statt. Die Beerdigung erfolgt im Washington Memorial Park.
