"Vergleich oder letzter Wille von Christoff Bach für Sohn Christian und dessen Stiefmutter, der zweiten Ehefrau des Christoff Bach 1. Sohn Christian erhält das Hufengut als einziger natürlicher Erbe, er muß jedoch die alten Erben vollends bezahlen 2. Sein Eheweib Maria erhält von Christian 200 Gulden, und zwar 12 fl. 4 Wochen nach dem Tode Christoffs, 3 fl. jährlich Erbgeld bis die alten Erben ausbezahlt sind und danach jährlich 9 fl. Als Vormund hat sich Maria Caspar Schmaz, Richter in Niederneuschönberg erwählt."
