In 1824 on the 23rd of November at 12 noon before us Priest Lucjan Pisarski civil officer of the commune of Zgłowiączka, county of Brzesko, Kujawy district, in Mazowieckie voivodship, there appeared Jan Daroszewski, a youth, farmhand resident in the village of Żydówko, according to the records taken from Zgłowiączka church 20 years of age, assisted by Maciej and Anna Daroch, his parents, resident in the village of Żydówko on a farm. And there appeared Maryanna Melleren, 16 years old, according to the records taken from [??] church, assisted by Franciszek and Anna Daroch [!?] Meller, her parents, resident in the village of Koniec.
The appearing parties demand that we assist in the marriage they have agreed upon, for which marriage banns were announced on the main door of our commune house, that is the first on the 14th, the second on the 21st of November of this year, at 12 noon on Sunday. As there were no obstructions to the said marriage, and the parents of them both allow for the conclusion of it, we too consent to the demand of the parties, having looked into the papers presented to us, and having read to them Section VI of the Civil Code on Marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife, both underage whether they want to marry. To which each of them separately answered that was their wish.
We declare in the name of the law that Jan Daroszewski, a youth 20 years old, and Maryanna Mellerin were joined in marriage. We wrote this deed in the awareness of Michał Szmandziak, 46 years old, and Karol ?tapczak, 40 years old, farmers from the village of Żydówko, and Jakub Kwiatkowski, farmhand, 26 years old, and Andrzej Radowski, blacksmith, 50 years old, peasants resident of the village of Koniec.
This deed was read to the appearing and signed only by me as they cannot write.
