It is unlikely that Hans Wiesmann (born/bapt. May 13, 1683) was the father of Ulrich (see register 1709 p. 212). Hans Wiesmann was very likely the 2nd husband of Barbara Wiesmann (born/bapt. July 30, 1671); her 1st husband was Ulrich Wiesmann (born/bapt. 1665) (Es ist wenig wahrscheinlich, dass Hans Wiesmann (geb/get. 13. Mai 1683) der Vater Ulrichs war (s. BV 1709 p. 212). Hans war vermutlich der 2. Ehemann von Barbara Wiesmann (geb/get. 30. Juli 1671); ihr erster Ehemann war Ulrich Wiesmann (geb/get. 1665)).
The 1762 register (p. 173) reads: became a mercenary (hat Kriegsdienst genommen).
