Die Ortsangabe "Frasnacht" im Ehebuch ist insofern falsch als sie nicht in Frasnacht geboren wurde; sie lebte ab 1676 bei ihrem Stiefvater in diesem Weiler.
Barbara wurde in BVs 1684/87 unter Hans Schärer als Halbwaise aus der ersten Ehe seiner Frau Barbara Schärin(in), gestorben vor 1687, registriert. Im BV 1689 fehlt sie unter Hans Schärer und seiner II.oo Frau Ursula Ackermann; ihre Brüder David und Gebhardt lebten noch bei ihrem Stiefvater.
