Notes for this person
[edwards.FTW] [Brøderbund WFT Vol. 2, Ed. 1, Tree #0888, Date of Import: 6 May 2002] In 1805, with his elder brothers Reuben, John, Benjamin, and Henry, he left Spotsylvania County VA and went to North Carolin, probably Mecklenberg County, where he lived till 1811, when he, John and Henry went to Tennessee, settling between Winchester and Tullahoma. Before and after the Civil War he compiled a history of the Byrom family, beginning with their emigration to America from England, writing it on wide, long sheets of Foolscap paper. At his death on 1875, this history was lost or loaned out and lost sight and was forgotten. He died at the home of his son, Henry Larkin Byrom
