[Bill's Nutt.FTW] Benjamin's application for pension, file #S16722, shows his birth date and his moved to Washington County, VA in 1771 where he lived until 1799 when he was called into service. He was a ranger on the Clinton and Holston Rivers and marched to Boonsboro, KY with John McMahon's Company where he was furloughed and then returned to Washington County to help move his father's family to Lincoln County, KY. Benjamin also lived in Madison County, KY, Howard and Saline Counties, MO, where he died in 1841.
