Malinda "Linda" "Malindy" LYNCH

Subject: [OKHaskell] LOST GRANDMOTHER (Malinda Lynch - Spears) AND AUNTS (Ida A. and Addie M. Spears) Date: Sun, 6 Apr 2003 18:45:54 -0700 I am looking for my husband's Grandmother and her two daughters. MALINDA (LYNCH) SPEARS born Abt. 1854, in Tennessee Her Daughters: IDA A. SPEARS born September 1883, Oklahoma or Arkansas ADDIE M. SPEARS born May 1894, Oklahoma or Arkansas The last that I have heard about these three women was that MALINDA and her daughters, Ida and Addie, were staying with her son, William W. Spears, when MALINDA passed away. It is said that he buried her in Stigler, Haskell County, Oklahoma, but I have not been able to find a gravesite for her, and I do not know her date of death. I do know that William W. Spears was found in Hoyt, Haskell County, Oklahoma on May 21, 1911, when he married Mary Elizabeth Calhoun, so I am assuming that Malinda and his sisters, lived with him around that time also, either before or after. William Wiley Spears was born in Winslow, Washington County, Arkansas in March 1882. After Malinda's death, ADDIE M. SPEARS left her brother's home and married. We are told that she married a man that she attended school with. We do not know who this may have been. We do not know where the girls attended school in Haskell County. Any help with this search will be greatly appreciated. William Wiley Spears passed away February 1961, in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. My husband's father, Elbert Harrison Spears, passed away on November 1, 1954, in Beckham County, Oklahoma. Therefore, there are no family members that can give us any information on this Grandmother and Aunts. We do know that Elbert lived in Muskogee County, around Porum and Webbers Falls, but do not know if the women were there or not at any time with him.
