Birth: Jul., 1605 Great Limber Lincolnshire, England Death: Dec. 11, 1631 Great Limber Lincolnshire, England James Heaton was baptized on July 7, 1605 in St. Peter's Church in Limber Magna, Lincolnshire, England. He was the son of William Heaton & Elizabeth Sedgewick. He married Elizabeth Tenney on August 17, 1630 at St. Peter and St. Paul Church in Stallingborough, Lincolnshire, England. James was a husbandman, or farmer. James must have taken sick very suddenly, because on December 11, 1631 he made anoral will and died that same day. He was buried December 12, 1631 in the churchyard of St. Peter's in Great Limber, Lincolnshire. His will made Elizabeth his executrix. He left small amounts of moneyto the five children of his sister Avis and Christopher Orell, the son of his brother Nathaniel, the three children of his sister Ann and Robert Smalley, and the daughter of his sister Elizabeth and Austin Sedle. He must have suspected that his wife was with child, because he mentioned that if she was, the child should have 50 Pounds. This child must have been James, because he was baptized in 1632. If there was an older sibling of James, named Faith, she probably wasn't mentioned in the will because she had died young.
