NOTE: Richard's daughters marrying Viscount Sydney and the Earl ofCourtown respectivelyIn Philip Powys' memorandum book it says of Richard's will:"He left two daughters, if they die without male issue, he hasgivenhis estate to me and my heirs."Also quoted by EAP from Philip Powys' notebook it says: "Muchabout 5 in the morning Richard Powys my cousin germain dyed atHampton Court Friday 9th Sepr 1743."
