Smyth in his Lives of the Berkeleys has John Goodwin's wife to be Elizabeth Throckmorton, 1st dau of Miriell Berkeley and Robert Throckmorton.Miriell was 1st dau. of Thomas V lord Berkeley. And the 1634 Bucks visitation has Anne Spencer as his wife.
