- Eberhard, der angeblich auch die Grafschaft jenseits des Rheins besessen hat, soll im Orte Mons Campi bei Spanheim eine Kirche gebaut haben.
1058 (+). Eberhard als verstorbener Vater Friedrichs bezeichnet.
Eberhard wurde 996 als rheinfränkischer Gefolgsmann des Herzogs Otto in Kärnten ansässig.
