Gregor von Brück, *10.1484 in Brück, +15.02.1557 in Jena, Sohn des Schultheiß, nachmaligen Bürgermeisters und Ackerbürgers Georgius Heinse, war ein Politiker und sächsischer Kanzler der Reformationszeit. Er war zweimal verheiratet, an 1515 mit Anna Bule, Tochter des Wittenberger Ratsherren Kilian Bule und dessen Frau Ursula Zülsdorf, und ab Anfang 1535 mit Barbara Wöllner, Tochter des Jenaer Amtsschössers Sebastian Wöllner d. Ä. und seiner Frau Catharina (Leubel?).
