Gut Ermlitz: Das Haus war das Wohnhaus eines Rittergutes, das landwirtschaftlich genutzt wurde. Ursprünglicher Besitzer war eine Familie vonBose, die schon seit 1484 dort lebte. Carl Ludwig von Bose begann um1700 mit dem Bau des Hauses. Größe und Ausstattung des Baus lassen vermuten, dass die Familie zu diesem Zeitpunkt recht vermögend war. SeinSohn Carl Hieronymus von Bose führte die Bautätigkeit des Vaters fort. Der hereinbrechende siebenjährige Krieg beendete die Arbeit am Hausjäh und erschütterte das Land und die Familie. Carl Hieronymus von Bose war gezwungen das Gut mit dem neu erbauten Herrenhaus zu verkaufen."
