1555 verkuaft Nickel Singer dem Oswalt Beuder sein Erbgut. 1593 besitzt Oswalt Beuder das Gut in Unterscheibe, das 1546 im Besitz von Thomas Beuder im Erbbuch aufgeführt ist. Vor ihm hatte es PhilippBeuder (Vetter). 1550 hat es Caspar Bruchner sein "Hausl mit aller Zugehörung im anger bey der Chimnitz gelegen"verkauft. Gerichtsbuch US I,10.1572 hat er dem Balthasar Siegel eine Gemeinwiese um 11fl. verkauft (I,82b). 1607 ist Michel Dickel sein Nachfolger im Erbgut -Nestler-
