Er wirkte mit großem Eifer an mehreren Orten als Kooperator, als Kaplan in Gries am Brenner, als Pfarrer 10 Jahre in St. Jodok u. 2 Jahre in Reischach. Von dort zog er sich 1912 nach Aufhofen in den verdienten, aber nicht untätigen Ruhestand zurück, indem er dort noch bis 2 Jahre vor seinem Tod die Seelsorge ausübte"; (falsch: *7.10.1844)
