Oberpetersdorf konnten sich die Evangelischen noch einige Zeit halten. 1652 war anlässlich einer Visitation Bischof Musays ein Georg Müller Pfarrer in Oberpetersdorf, mit Kalkgruben als Filiale. 1655 wurde Georg Wislitzen als Pfarrer in Oberpetersdorf ordiniert u. wirkte dort 17 Jahre lang. Ein Angebot aus Güns lehnte er ab, da er befürchtete, Franz Kery würde nach seinem Abgang keinen evang. Pfarrer mehr dulden. 1671 ließ Kery Martin Schwab aus Stoob vertreiben. 1672 ereilte auch dem Petersdorfer Pfarrer Wislicenus sein Schicksal. Er ging nach Güns, wo er nach der Wegnahme der Kirche in einer Scheune predigte. Bald musste er aber auch aus Güns fliehen. Er ging nach Sachsen, wo er 1677 Hofprediger des Grafen Joh.
