Wie Friedhelm Meckel von seiner Tante Anna geb. Meckel, verheiratet mit Otto Weber, gehört hatte, soll dieser Meckel ein Mädchen aus Lothringen, das er heiraten wollte, nach Bicken gebracht haben. Da dieses aber sehr modern war, z.B. rauchte es, waren seine Angehörigen gegen eine Hochzeit. So ging Friedrich Meckel mit dem Mädchen von Bicken weg und man hörte nichts mehr von ihm.
