Seine Geburt war in Nonntal, Hauptstraße 28.
Er war der Sohn des Realschulprofessors gleichen Namens. Am 1. April 1905 promovierte er an der k.k. Technischen Hochschule in Wien zum Doktor der technischen Wissenschaften.
Er arbeitete bei der Fa. Ganz in Leobersdorf und war anschließend Lehrer an einer Staatsgewerbeschule in Wien. Baudisch meldete 1914 eine so genannte Saugstrahlturbine zum Patent an. Er behauptete, sein Patent würde die Erfindung Kaplans wissenschaftlich vollkommen decken, was Kaplans Patente nicht täten.
Um 1914 war er Obmann der Fachgruppe der Maschinen-Ingenieure und k.k. Professor an der Staatsgewerbeschule in Wien.
Ob eine familiäre Verbindung zu den Stadtbaumeistern der Gebrüder Baudisch in Salzburg besteht, ist noch nicht recherchiert.[3
