He is probably a brother to your Anna Elisabeth.</p></p><p><p>&amp;nbsp</p></p><p><p>Furthermore, there is a family in Kulm/Tarutino that isprobably her</p></p><p><p>parents. There was a Michael Boettcher, b. 15 Dec 1803, Pruschitz,Polen</p></p><p><p>living in Tarutino. He was the son of Michael Boettcher (born abt 1775,</p></p><p><p>Gruneberg, Poland, + 1816 Kulm, Bess.) and Anna Elisabeth Geissler (b. abt</p></p><p><p>1777 Polen, remarried in Tarutino). It appears that these Boettchers</p></p><p><p>originally went to Kulm, and thenmoved away after their fathers death after</p></p><p><p>arriving, Georg and Anna to Leipzig, and Michael to Tarutino. All these</p></p><p><p>villages are very close.</p></p><p><p>&amp;nbsp</p></p><p><p>I am not sure where Pruschitz is, however there were some families in</p></p><p><p>Beresina that were also from this village. One possibility is Prusietz</p></p><p><p>(Prusce today), which is near Wongrowitz, Posen.
