Tessmer, 89, of Tripoli, died Thursday, May 19, at Tripoli Nursing &amp; Rehab Center.</p> </div> <div class="subscriber-preview"> <p>She was born April 21, 1927, in Tripoli, daughter of Edward and Lillian Tonne Koch. She married Everett Tessmer on Dec. 4, 1965, at Faith United Church of Christ, Tripoli. Prior to her marriage, she worked at the hatchery and cannery in Tripoli.
