<p>Im Februar 1941 wurde Peter Jacobs zum Militärdienst eingezogen. Als Panzerfahrer an der Ostfront eingesetzt und im November 1942 verwundet. Nach seiner Genesung kämpfte Peter im Raum Stalingrad,wo er am 19.7.1943 in Bjelgorod bei einem Panzersturmangriff gefallen ist.</p><p>[Totenzettel] Peter Jakobs</p>
