Plaintiff and Kenneth K. Stanbery, Defendant:

This cause came on to be heard on the 21st day of May, 1942, on the

petition and the evidence, the defendant being in default of answer or

other pleading, although service by publication was duly made for six

consectuive weeks according to law. Upon due consideration thereof, the

court finds that the allegations contained in the petition are true; that

the plaintiff was a resident of the State of Ohio for more than one year

next preceding the filing of the petition and at that time and for more

than 30 days prior thereto was a bona fide resident of Cuyahoga County,

cause of action against the defendant, complains and alleges as follows:

the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and has resided in said

county for more than one year immediately preceding the filing of this

action. For Statistical purposes as required, plaintiff alleges: Place

of marriage: City of Cleveland, State of Ohio; Date of marriage, June

20, 1942; Date of separation: December 15, 1953.

In this cause an interlocutory judgment was entered on the 21st day of

July 1954, adjudging that plaintiff was entitled to a divorce from

defandant, and more than one year having elapsed, and no appeal having

been taken from said judgment, and no motion for a new trial having been

granted and the action not having been dismissed. Now upon the
