Er saß auf der Deddeborg zu Jemgum und hatte Besitz in Jemgum und Holtgaste, genannt bis 1458.
Smidt vermutet, daß Abbo von Petkum sein Vater gewesen sein könnte, aber das ist sehr spekulativ.
Siegel: Ein Heiliger, der in der rechten Hand ein Kreuz trägt.
