1427 soll Egge einen Vertrag mit dem Bischof von Münster geschlossen haben, aber dafür war er zu jung.

Laut OUB Nr. 665 nannte er Fossa Keentsna seine "olde moeder".

Er war Miterbe des 1457 verstorbenen Ewo von Westerhusen.

Er wurde von seinen Bauern erschlagen.
