Er besaß 1356 die Burgen zu Osterhusen und Hinte und das Richteramt.
Sein Siegelfragment zeigt einen nach rechts ausschreitenden Adler.
Van der Wall nennt ihn Allo Harana und seinen Vater Haro von Osterhusen und Hinte; der Autor folgt van Lengen.
