He was born August 26, 1956 in Ottumwa to Carol and Norma Wagner Dillener. A 1975 graduate of Ottumwa High School, Jeff had served 12 years with the U.S. Navy having served in the Persian Gulf. He had worked at Everco, Hormel, Excel and JBS. Jeff loved riding his Harley and hanging out with his buddies. Jeff is survived by his children, Mikia Barry and Jeffrey Dean Dillener both of Toronto, OH, Jessica Larson of Cedar Rapids; a step-son, Spencer Walker of Ottumwa; 4 grandsons, Austin, Drake, Jacob and Nio; a great-granddaughter, Paisley; his mother, Norma Dillener of Ottumwa; a sister, Carol Anne (Dean) Arens of Brookline, MO; a very special friend, Stephanie Williams Dillener. and his dog, Blue. He was preceded in death by his father, Carol Dillener. His body has been cremated. A Celebration of Life will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice serving Davis & Wapello Counties. Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
