(Buss) Wagner, 59, died in Kansas City, Mo., Friday. He had lived in Ottumwa most of his life, moving about five years ago. He was born June 9, 1906 in Burlington, the son of Arthur and Doshia Wagner. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Arthur Wagner of Ottumwa; two daughters and four brothers, Richard, William and Edward Wagner, all of Ottumwa and the Rev. John O. Wagner of Lenox. His father and one sister preceded in him death. The service and burial will be in Kansas City.
