Aus Find A Grave: Colleen Elizabeth Anna “Coke” Falls Huseby BIRTH 10 Dec 1931 Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa, USA DEATH 27 Jul 2017 Clinton, Clinton County, Iowa, USA BURIAL Rock Island National Cemetery Rock Island, Rock Island County, Illinois, USA MEMORIAL ID 181874225 Colleen Elizabeth Anna Huseby, 85, of DeWitt, Iowa, died Thursday, July 27, 2017, at Eagle Point Health Care Center in Clinton. Colleen Elizabeth Anna Falls was born December 10, 1931, the daughter of James and Thelma (Brock) Falls in Iowa City, Iowa. She married Raymond Huseby on May 28, 1955, in Nebraska. The couple lived in Osage where she was a homemaker. After retirement the couple moved to DeWitt to be closer to family. Coke enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, and her pets. She is survived by her children, Laurie (Todd) Willey of DeWitt, and Kenneth (Char) Huseby of Superior, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Joshua (Melissa) Willey, Jeremiah (Kasey) Willey; a great-grandson, Raymond Jeffrey Alistair Willey; and many “adopted” kids. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray and a son, David. The family will greet visitors from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2017, at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Grand Mound. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the church. Pastor Denise Anderberg will officiate. Interment will be at the Rock Island National Cemetery at a later date Memorials are suggested to CROP Walk.
