<p>vor 1428 Besitzer des Hoof Nr. 3, Grundherr ist das Grafenhaus zu Oldenburg.</p> <p>Der Name "Sedeking" bedeutet patronymisch in etwa: "Sohn des Sedeko" oder auch: "Sohn, Angehöriger des Sedooder auch Sede". Ursprung könnte die friesische Form des Kosenamens "Sindiko" sein = "Sidiko". </p> <p>laut wikipedia bedeutet "ing" : <br />-ing als althochdeutsch-germanisches Suffixbezeichnet eine Zugehörigkeit zum vorhergehenden Wortteil, der in der Regel ein Personenname ist. <br />- Das Suffix trägt damit die Bedeutung : Kind(er), Nachkommen, Leute, Sippe (desjenigen, dessen Name im Vorderglied genannt wird).</p>
