Sie heiratete Johannes Neeb am 30. April 1678. Wahrscheinlich war sie die zweite Frau des "Maurmanns". Anlässlich des Todes der Tochter Eva wird Ehemann Johannes "jun." genannt. Das deutet darauf hin, dass Anna Katharina (geb. Stürtz) nicht Johannes Neeb den "Mittleren" geheiratet hat.

Anna Katharina starb am 3. Mai 1688, fast auf den Tag genau zehn Jahre nach ihrer Hochzeit. Der Witwer wird im Sterberegister Johannes Neeb "junior" genannt. Als "textus electus" diente Psalm 68, Vers 20f: "Gelobt sei der Herr täglich. Gott legtuns eine Last auf, aber er hilft uns auch ..."
