She died Tuesday at Crest Health Care Center, Davenport.
Lillian Mallen was born Oct. 3, 1891, in Austin, Ill. She married Francis Morency April 18, 1914, in Oak Park, Ill. He died in 1948.
She was a volunteer at Jane Adams "Hull House," Chicago; a member of Garden Club in Hinsdale, Ill., and Davenport; a member of St. Luke's Auxiliary; and a member of Floral Service Guild of the church.
Survivors include a daughter, Suzanne Miller, East Moline; sons, F. Mallen, Vero Beach, Fla., and Harold, Warrenton, Va.; eight grandchildren;13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Doris Kruse, Des Moines, Iowa. The Dispatch, Moline, Illinois, 14 Jan 1988, Thursday
