Henrich Strothotto war 1730 mit 43 Jahre noch unverheiratet, der nächst erbberechtigte Johann Otto Strothotto bereits 1729 gestorben, so daß ihm und seiner Frau 1730 der
Hof Strothotto; vor dem Dorfe, Blankenhagen Nr. 41, zediert wurde. Er nannte sich fortan: Colon Strothotto vor dem Dorfe.
