Er wanderte im Jahre 1753 mit seiner Familie, Frau und drei Kindern über Rotterdam-Portsmonth nach Amerika aus, und kam am 14.09.1753 mit dem Segler " Edinburgh " unter Kapitän James Russell in Philadelphia an. Auf diesem Segler war auch Johann Georg Göhringer mit Frau und einem Kind ebenfalls aus Singen. Im Buch von Keith Dull " Early German Settlers of York County Pennsylvania " Seite 337 erscheint folgender Beitrag über ihn: " Adam Roser departed from Singen, Baden, Germany, on Mar.29,1753, and arrived at Philadelphia on the ship Edinburg on Sept.14,1753. He received a warrant for 100 acres in Shrewsbury and Springfield Township on Feb.12,1767 (also 66 acres on Oct. 6, 1785), that was surveyed as 100.71 acres called Ragged House on June 23, 1767. He was a constable in Shrewsbury Township on Mar. 4, 1786, and probated on Sept. 22, 1794 ".
